You own the shelf, the customer and the margin. We own the paddy, the ageing floor and the tolerance sheet. Private label works when both halves stay in the hands that are good at them.
What we do for your brand
We manufacture under your name from a single approved specification: you choose the variety, the grade and the pack, and we hold it shipment after shipment. There is no GGA mark on the bag and no minimum term. We would rather be kept for the milling than by the contract.
Artwork is produced in-house from your brand guidelines and proofed against destination labelling law before a single reel is printed. A pack that has to be re-printed after it lands is the most expensive mistake in this business.
The Process
How a programme runs
Six steps, and you can stop at any of them.

Brief
Variety, grade, pack format, destination market and target landed cost. One call is usually enough to start.
- 02
Sample
A milled sample of the exact specification, couriered with a full certificate of analysis. Cook it before you commit to anything.
- 03
Artwork
Your design, or ours from your brand book. We check net weight declarations, nutrition panels, importer details and language requirements for the destination before we proof.
- 04
Pilot run
A short run against approved artwork, so the pack, the print and the seal are proven on the real line rather than in theory.
- 05
Production
Full-scale milling against the locked specification, with a retained sample from every lot.
- 06
Shipment
Stuffing, sealing and the complete document set, sent ahead of the vessel rather than after it.
